Expert Quality, open end set at 15° and Draper Expert HI-TORQ ratchet ring end offset at 15°. Has a unique CAPSTOP® feature ensuring wrench does not slip past fixing. With forward/reverse direction changer on ring end - only 5° movement required to turn fastener, especially useful in confined spaces. Long pattern forged from chrome vanadium steel, hardened, tempered, chrome plated and fully polished throughout. Display packed in tray.
