Continuous rating for glass fuses are based on the fact they should blow at the amperage when the circuit is always on or plugged in, Blow rating for glass fuses is based on the fact that the circuit is intermittent and therefore the fuse requires to heat up before blowing at the blow rated amperage, alway check your equipments manual before replacing fuses to determine which fuses you require.
